When we fall short, we seek to identify why our efforts failed and determine how we can improve.
Our Code of Conduct guides employees about compliance and ethics in their daily work. Our Code sets the expectation that employees will report all possible violations or concerns. Employees may access the Koch GuideLine, a hotline available around the clock, to raise questions and concerns anonymously.
